THE BUILDING
Locally known as the "Farrell Building", it was the first commercial brick building constructed in Historic Downtown Aberdeen, North Carolina in 1900. Located in the Central Business District at the corner of Main Street and Sycamore Street, this building has been at the epicenter of community, commerce, economic and rural development for many generations.

ABOUT US
Ryan and Lindy Lamielle are Air Force Veterans and residents of Moore County who were inspired by the history and appeal of the Downtown Aberdeen Central Business District. When opportunity knocked, they didn't ask, "who's there?" They swung the doors wide open and invited it in with open arms leading to their first entrepreneurial venture together in commercial real estate.
